Psychologically speaking you can get two types of inspiration - extrinsic motivation and intrinsic motivation. Extrinsic motivation is if something outside yourself prompts you to ultimately act. The best example could be placing your hand even on a hot stove. Your body is extrinsically motivated to TRANSFER!
Intrinsic motivation is very different. With intrinsic motivation absolutely nothing is forcing you to function, you are acting of your personal will and desire. this is often called, "Self Motivation". this can be the type of motivation which will successful young entrepreneurs feature.
You can begin building an intrinsically motivated diet and lifestyle today. Simply practice doing matters which no outside source is prompting that you do. This could contain, eating healthy, exercising, relaxation, prayer, etc. The key should be to perform an action for the purpose there exists no motivation over and above yourself.
Success Key #2 -- Self-Discipline
The second key moves along quite nicely with all the first. In order to arrive at your true potential as a young entrepreneur, or a business owner of any age, you must have ample discipline in your everyday living. The best kind connected with discipline is "self-discipline" because it combines some great benefits of discipline with the procedure of intrinsic motivation.
